A Post-Abortion Healing Bible Study

Surrendering the Secret is a confidential, Christ-centered Bible study offered by Tulare-Kings Resources for Life (TKRL) for women whose lives have been impacted by abortion. This powerful, Scripture-based study provides a safe and compassionate space to process loss, release shame, and experience the healing and freedom that only God can give.
Many women carry the emotional and spiritual weight of abortion in silence — sometimes for years or even decades. Surrendering the Secret invites participants into a journey of truth, grace, and restoration, reminding them they are not alone and that healing is possible.
About the Study
Surrendering the Secret is an 8-session Bible study designed to lead participants through a thoughtful, guided process of healing after abortion. Using Scripture, personal reflection, group discussion, and prayer, the study gently addresses unresolved grief, guilt, anger, and secrecy while pointing participants toward forgiveness, redemption, and renewed hope in Christ.
This study is appropriate for women who:

Have experienced abortion at any point in their lives

Struggle with lingering grief, shame, or emotional pain

Feel distant from God or the Church because of their past

Desire healing, peace, and spiritual restoration
No matter how long ago the abortion occurred, God’s healing is not limited by time.
A Safe & Confidential Environment
TKRL is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and confidential space for all participants. Group sizes are intentionally kept small, and all facilitators are trained to walk alongside participants with compassion, discretion, and care. Everything shared within the group remains confidential.
Led by An Experienced Facilitator
This Surrendering the Secret Bible study is facilitated by a leader with personal experience in post-abortion healing to guide participants with sensitivity, biblical wisdom, and understanding of the unique challenges surrounding post-abortion healing.
